Welcome to the Colonials Academy. This program is going to be transformational IF you are willing to push yourself and commit to the process. Here are a few notes for you regarding the Academy:
- You should have received a text message to the phone number listed under Player’s Phone. This text message is your daily question for mental strengthening. You will receive a text message each weekday with a new question. It’s best to answer the question as soon as possible after receiving it. Also, give your best answer, not the “right” answer.
- Use the following link to schedule ahead for your one-on-one zoom mental strength meeting. This meeting is short – only 6 minutes. It is critical that you are ready to go for your start time. Try to keep your schedule free for when you book your time, but If you have training scheduled at the same time you will have to step away to join the meeting.
- Your assessments are ready to be captured. You will have your skills assessment completed during a Developmental class. If you signed up as a position player, be sure to sign up for Developmental Hitting this week. If you signed up as a pitcher, make sure you have a Developmental Pitching on your schedule. You will have your throwing recorded at some point during that session which will be used for your full assessment.
