We are excited to get started with the Fall 2024 Season. With the most advanced technology to date, and highest number of classes available, we expect our players to make tremendous physical and mental progress over the next months. The information below will help make sure that you are ready to begin once the sign-ups are live.
Training Classes – There are three types of classes that you are going to be signing up for this fall: Developmental, Facility Use, and Open Lift.
- Developmental Training – These classes are coach-led and focus on Hitting, Pitching, Infield, Outfield, and Catching. Infield and Outfield classes have a maximum number of 8 players per class, while the rest have a maximum number of 6 players. All Developmental classes are 45 minutes and broken up into either High School or Middle School.
- Facility Use – These sessions are player-led using guided drill programs that are provided below. The purpose of Facility Use is for players to build accountability, self-sufficiency, confidence, critical thinking, and perseverance. The drill programs for hitting and pitching/throwing will guide each player to what they need to do each month to start seeing lasting mechanical changes. Facility Use Hitting is 45 minutes long and have a maximum of 4 players; Facility Use Pitching/Throwing is 30 minutes long and have a maximum of 2 players. Your signup time is the time you have in the lane – you should arrive early to stretch and get your body and mind ready to get quality work in.
Drill Programs - Open Lift – Open Lift takes place in The Gym. Your program is designed and uploaded to your profile on TeamBuildr. A coach will always be present during gym hours. While TeamBuildr provides you with a video for each exercise in case you are not familiar with the name. You will log your weight, reps, and any notes you want for yourself or a coach to see regarding a particular exercise. TeamBuildr will track your progress and keep the history of your previous workouts in order to help you know your starting point the next time you workout. In order to get set up with TeamBuildr you will have to follow these steps:
- Download the TeamBuildr App
- Choose “Easy-Join” to log in.
- If you are entering High School in the fall use the code Z0GY-MWTI and password H4H43NXM
- If you are in Middle School this fall use the code BHOH-Q5US and password O1XBB2IM
- Complete your profile and you will be set up with your monthly program.
Note: Your workouts are set for specific days of the week, but that is not the day you need to complete the workout. You are able to complete your workouts on different days of the weeks in the order of your choice to best accommodate your body and other activities. Any questions can be directed to a Coach.
- Signing Up – Signing up for classes is simple! Head to the Complete Game website and click “Book Training” from the menu up top. Click the link for “Scheduling”. Then choose the link for “Member Events” to take you to the class booking page. There you can see all of the classes and filter by type. Be sure to only book classes you are sure you can attend and sign up for sessions that are appropriate for your age group (Middle School players book Middle School classes and HIgh School players book High School classes). You will only see one week worth of classes – this is to prevent bookings too far in advance that ultimately lead to cancellations and classes that are lower in attendance. Each Saturday the new week will be able to be viewed and booked.
- Prescribed Workload – Below is a link for a prescribed weekly workload. These are what you should be targeting each week. If you are able to commit to more training you can signup, but do not abandon a prescribed workout for one that you’ve already completed during the week. For example, if you are recommended to get three Open Lifts per week and one Developmental Hitting class, do not choose to skip one of your lifts to attend a second developmental hitting.

The Facility – The Complete Game training facility is located in two spaces: 260 West Crescent Ave Suite 9 and 240 West Crescent Ave Suite H. Training sessions are scheduled for both spaces so please check how the class is labeled to see what space you’ll be training in prior to the start of the session.
- The Field – Located at 240 West Crescent Ave, Suite H.
- The Gym – Located at 260 West Crescent Ave, Suite 9.
- The Cage – Located at 260 West Crescent Ave, Suite 9.
– Sneakers or turf shoes only at the facility – NO CLEATS! There are vending machines available in both locations for players who need something to drink or snack on. No gum or seeds are permitted in the facility.
– All players are expected to handle the equipment and technology with care and respect. Mindfully put things back in their correct spaces when not in use to ensure their protection and longevity.
Players will wear a helmet at all times when batting – no exceptions. Player safety is of the highest concern. Only one player is permitted to be in lane swinging a bat, unless the other player is behind a Valle Shield front tossing with a helmet on – no exceptions!. If multiple players are hitting off a tee in one lane they must be separated by a partition (pull net or protective screen).
