Welcome to the 2025 Complete Game Colonials program. We are excited to invite you into the program as you take the next step towards reaching your goals on the field.  Our goal for our players has always been the same: to have a positive impact on each player both on and off the field.  We want you to be great – to go and to strengthen as a person and a player. Since opening in 2012 we’ve pushed to continue to strengthen that vision through expansion, new technology, fantastic coaches, and more personalized training programs.

Our players are offered an abundance of training throughout the season.  Developmental training is Coach-Led in a small-group environment.  These classes are designed to cover specific areas that each player needs to improve upon, both in their mechanics and on-field performance.  Developmental classes are available for hitting, pitching, infield, outfield, and catching. These classes are also broken up into High School and Middle School age groups, ensuring that players are receiving the training that is appropriate for them!

Facility Use is Coach-Guided, Player-Led training. For these classes players will sign up to sue the space, technology, and equipment on their own, or with a couple of players around their age, to perform the necessary drills they’ve been prescribed, as well as get additional reps throughout the week.  Each month a drill program will be sent out but the coaches that details the specific work they have for the coming weeks.  These programs include a video for each drill, the equipment to be used, the number of reps/sets, as well as the intensity the drill is meant to be performed at.  Facility Use is available for batting, pitching, defensive work.

The technology and equipment we are using for our players is designed to improve their technical skills, physical strength, and recovery. HitTrax has transformed the way our players train and compete, both in the batter’s box and behind the plate.  Providing a variety of metrics for hitters and catchers we will be able to track the growth and performance of our players during training.  Catchers will see a major boost in their training regiment now that we can more accurately measure pop time, transfer time, caught stealing %, and more.  Using high-speed video players will be able to see the areas of their mechanics that need work and compare, side-by-side, how the motion has developed over time.

We utilize Trackman to aide in the development of our pitchers.  TrackMan helps youth pitchers by providing precise data on their pitching mechanics and performance. This advanced technology measures key metrics such as pitch velocity, spin rate, release point, and ball trajectory, offering detailed insights that are crucial for development. By analyzing this data, coaches and players can identify areas for improvement, tailor training programs, and monitor progress over time. TrackMan’s real-time feedback allows pitchers to make immediate adjustments, helping them to enhance their accuracy, consistency, and overall effectiveness on the mound. This technology not only aids in refining technical skills but also boosts confidence by giving young athletes a clear understanding of their strengths and areas to work on.

Our players will get stronger! Each player will have a strength program designed for them based on their age and the time of year. Colonials players will have their programs built by our new Director of Strength Programming, Joe Ferrer. Joe, owner of Reroute Performance in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, has an extensive background in training professional athletes for the past 15 years.  Joe has trained and developed programs for hundreds of Major League Baseball players, including stars like Miguel Cabrera, Jazz Chisholm, J.D. Martinez, Salvador Perez, and Giancarlo Stanton. These notable athletes are just a few examples of the many elite players who have benefited from the expertise that Joe brings to Complete Game.

We utilize TeamBuildr to deliver each player their program.  TeamBuildr has become the new standard for designing workouts and communication between player and strength coach.  Players have workouts in the palm of their hands with the TeamBuildr app. Joe will design your workouts and upload them directly to your profile.  You will be able to see the workout routine, a video for each exercise, and any notes the strength coach wants you to be aware of for that exercise. You will also input the weight and reps for each set, write any notes you want for yourself and your coach to see, and be able to track your history to guide you with the specific weights and reps you should be targeting. Make no mistake, our players are ALWAYS being coached during their time in the gym.  No player is left to workout on their own – a coach is always teaching them during their time in the gym.  However, having this app is very helpful for those days you are going to workout but cannot make it to the Complete Game gym.

For Recovery you will have access to a couple different pieces of equipment.  MarcPro is low fatiguing STIM machine that replicates active recovery.  Active recovery is critical for flushing out Lymphatic Waste and for tissue regeneration following the breakdown of muscles.  MarcPro will help push out that waste and bring healthy, oxygenated blood to the desired area to assist in recovery without the physical fatigue that comes from Active Recovery.  While Active Recovery: Sprints, Agilities, and so on, will still be a part of your program, it won’t be something you can do everyday.  MarcPro is something you WILL be able to do on a daily basis to keep you strong and on the field.

Normatec Full Body is a dynamic air compression system to advance your wellness, recover faster, improve training, and maximize performance.  It accomplishes this through its Precision Pulse Technology that helps increase circulation, revive muscles, and reduce swelling. Both MarcPro and Normatec are at the facility for players to use after training, as well as to come in after performances and accelerate their recovery.

The 2025 season begins November 1st with and runs through July 31st.  While high school players will be with their school program starting in mid-march, they still will have times to be able to sign-up and train through the spring to ensure they don’t lose the progress they made throughout the winter.

Tournaments will begin in April for middle school and early June for high school.  Middle school will play a total of 11 tournaments; High school tournament teams will play 8 events.  The Middle school tournament schedule will conclude around mid-July, with the high school teams wrapping up their tournament season nearer the end of July.  One of these events will be a getaway event (TBD, but most likely in the Boston area).

In the event there are two teams in an age group, the teams are structured as A and B teams.  The only distinction is what tournaments each teams ill play in.  We will never put players in a position where they are completely overmatched, and we will also never put players in a situation where they are not being challenged.  These rosters are put together after winter training (early March).  New this year: we will have a high school weekly league team in conjunction with our tournament teams.  This will be an excellent opportunity for players that fall under these criteria:
1.Players who are not there yet to compete for innings at Tournament level
2.Extra Reps for players who are not getting the PT on Tourney Team
3.Extra Reps for someone coming back from injury to needing to work on something specific
The program has been, and always will be, fluid.  This means that no player is ever stuck or grandfathered into a spot.  We will consistently evaluate what is best for the player and have conversations together for next steps.

Playing time is earned, not given! It’s earned through dedication in training sessions and practices. We don’t experiment during games or put players in positions that aren’t the best fit for them or the team. Whether it’s innings on the mound, your spot in the batting order, or time in the field, our players are prepared for the next level because they’ve learned how to earn their time with us. This is great news for everyone—your place on the team and your playing time depend solely on YOU and how you perform. With the extensive training we offer, you have every opportunity to earn your spot as a starter.

The cost for the 2025 season is an all-in cost of $4,995.00 that can be broken up into different payment options. The team fee includes
